Finally, the much rumoured Nintendo Wii is set to release on May 9th officially. Confirming the rumour Nintendo
announced that the much heard rumours of a Black Wii were indeed real and this week be as exciting as ever for the Wii fans.
Starting from May 9th retailers in the US and Canda will be able to sell the Black Wii whcih includes MotionPlus accessory and a copy of Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort for $200 bucks, now thats quite a bundle!
What’s more, the bundle will extend to the existing white Wii consoles, beginning May 9.
Wii’s President of North America, Reggie Fils-Aime said “By including even more of our top-quality hardware and software in the basic Wii system package, we’re extending that commitment to entertainment and value.”
Its about time Wii came up with something new and some good bundles. Sony and Microsoft have been in the news all the while and Wii seemed to have taken a step back or as you may call it, had its “down time” with in the techy market. Thanks to Black Wii, the buzz is back on!
