Customers started reporting a signal loss when the so called “genius” antenna design fails when the phone is handled a certain way. At first it was just thought to be a signalling issue from AT&T but when the problem was replicated it became apparent that it was either the design or the software.
Luckily Apple confirmed that it was a software issue and that a fix is on its way in the form of an update. All the hype and drama for a failed phone!
