Good News for HTC fans! AT&T today announced that the HTC Aria will be the second Android phone to join thehtc-aria-thumb network this year. Aria is the first to include the HTC Sense UI and also the first to run Android OS 2.1, the latest Android offering.

HTC Sense is a whole new creation from HTC that aims at streamlining the mobile experience and offers some features such as Friend Stream which integrates into Facebook, Twitter and Flickr.

About the phone itself – it measures a little more than 4 inches in length and weights about 4.05 ounces. Aria also sports a 3.2 inch HVGA, a capacitive touchscreen display and a 5 megapixel camera. As expected a full suite of Google Android applications are included with Youtube and Android Market.

Other features are pretty much standard including HSPA, WiFi which will let customers have access to AT&T’s 20,000 + WiFi hotspots nationwide.

The phone will be available on June 20th for $129.99 after a $100 rebate with a new two-year agreement.
