This is not the first time Colnago successful collaborated with Ferrari and this time it is for the limited edition technologically superior CF8 and CF9bikes. The models were exhibited at the EICA exhibition in Milan in July and are now available for sale. The CF8 is priced for the rich and passionate at $16,675. It is a limited edition with just 200 pieces available out of which 10 are produced exclusively for Ferrari.
This bicycle has all the advanced technologies such as Shimano Dura Ace Di2 electronic gear that changes in less time than other counterparts. The frame of the cycle is handcrafted by carbon fiber that is known for its strength and durability. Other features include integrated battery in the frame, integrated FSA one-piece handlebar in carbon fiber and incorporated FSA one-piece handlebar in carbon fiber. Despite all these the bike weights just 15 pounds!
The CF9 is priced however at a more affordable $3,967. The bike has a full carbon fiber body with Shimano Ultegra flat bar mechanical 10s groupset. The saddle is produced by ‘Selle Italia’. The bicycle is equipped with RS30 alloy wheels and weighs just 8.8-kilograms (19-pounds). Both the cycles are available for pre orders on Ferrari online store.
