It was reported today that Motorola is developing a new digital tablet device that will let users watch television on it using Verizons FiOS technology over 3G.

The new tablet device will sport a 10-inch screen and would run Android. Get more excited as this tablet is set to launch this autumn in the US. Motorola is working closely with Verizon’s FiOS service which would offer the television service on the tablets at a set price.

It is also being said that the new 10-inch Motorola tablet will support Adobe Flash and also the new HTML 5 standard. The tablet is also said to be thinner and lighter than the iPad and to lets you share your wireless data with nearby devices. It will come with two cameras, one front and one behind for video conferencing.

Many aspects of the tablet are still unclear. For instance we are not sure if you can stream video from your DVR or watch it on the go? However Motorola declined to comment.
