Samsung is having some huge plans for 2012. Samsung sold about 325 million phones in 2011! Thats an astronomical number that Samsung wants to surpass next year with wanting to reach targets as big as 374 million.
Samsung also expects to sell a lot of smartphones again, and has set themselves a target of 150 million smartphones in 2012, and we suspect that they will probably sell quite a few more than this target if the new Samsung Galaxy S III is as good as its predecessor.
That's a lot of phones, what would be icing on the cake is if they had the most efficient recycling plan set up to grab all old devices with less or no pollution!
