Now this is something new, the world’s first 3D porn film has begun filming and is set to release next May 2011 in Asia! The movie is called “3D Sex and Zen: Extreme Ecstasy”. The movie is being produced by three Japanese porn stars – Stephen Shiu. Yukiko Suo and Saori Hara who are also the main characters in the movie.
The movie has already been approached by distributors in Europe and the US and the producers have already secured many deals with adult TV networks.
“3D is the next big thing and we want porn to be part of it. It will only make it more enjoyable to watch it in 3D”, said Shiu, one of the producers of the film. 3D is at the center of technology and the technology gained a new lease of life after the movie Avatar.
Despite its whoping $4 million production budget the film might face some resistance in the market. For instance the Blu-ray Disc Association during its release had taken a firm stance against pornographic material via its platform
